These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a contractual agreement between Roadloom and yourself, governing your usage of the Roadloom website (referred to as the "Site") and all information presented on or submitted through it.
By utilizing this Site, registering on the Site, or using associated features such as the mobile app, online portal, electronic forms, surveys, and interactive exhibits linked to this Site (collectively referred to as the "Site"), you affirm your acceptance of these Terms, including, but not limited to, Roadloom Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy"), subject to periodic amendments.
If you do not agree to these Terms or if your jurisdiction does not recognize them, refrain from using the Site.
References to "you" signify the individual user, unless otherwise specified on the Site or within these Terms. By indicating that you have read and comprehended these Terms, you declare your agreement to abide by them. Users below the age of 18 are not authorized to use the Site.
Customer will pay all undisputed amounts due under the applicable Order Form within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. If Customer disputes any part of an invoice in good faith, Customer will pay the undisputed part and provide Roadloom with notice and details of the dispute no later than the invoice due date. Amounts due are payable in the currency specified in the applicable invoice and are non-cancelable and non-refundable unless otherwise provided in this Agreement. Roadloom may require payment to be made to the bank account of a Roadloom. Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information to Roadloom, including the purchase order number at the time of purchase if one is required.
Roadloom offers two types of subscription plans: monthly and yearly. The monthly subscription provides flexibility with a pay-as-you-go model, requiring payments on a monthly basis, with each billing cycle covering one month of service. Alternatively, the yearly subscription offers a cost-saving option compared to the monthly plan, with payments due upfront and covering a full year of service. Both subscription types ensure continuous access to Roadloom's services, with automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
Customer agrees that their subscription will automatically renew on an annual or monthly basis, depending on the subscription plan selected (the “Renewal Date”). Customer authorizes Roadloom to automatically charge the applicable fees to Customer's payment method on or after the Renewal Date unless the subscription has been terminated or cancelled in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This automatic renewal ensures uninterrupted access to Roadloom’s services, and Customer is responsible for ensuring that their payment information is up-to-date to avoid any disruption in service.
Payment for the subscription will be charged to the default card provided by the customer. In the event that the customer manually pays any due invoices using a different card, that specific card will automatically be set as the new default payment method. This ensures that future subscription payments are processed smoothly and without interruption, using the most recently used card for convenience and accuracy in billing. Customers are responsible for keeping their payment information current and accurate to avoid any issues with payment processing.
In the event of a payment failure due to any circumstances, we will make up to eight attempts to charge your card. If the payment continues to fail after these retry attempts, we will be compelled to cancel your subscription. It is important to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid such issues. Additionally, you will be notified of any payment failures and subsequent retry attempts, providing you an opportunity to resolve any issues with your payment method before the subscription is canceled.
At Roadloom, we strive to provide high-quality services that meet your needs and expectations. Please note that all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, the payment is considered complete and cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including partial usage, non-usage, or early cancellation of the subscription term. We encourage you to carefully evaluate your needs and review the details of the subscription plan prior to purchase. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable payment policy. If you have any questions or require further clarification about this policy or your subscription, our support team is always available to assist you.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of essential security requirements designed for businesses that handle, process, or store credit card information, irrespective of their size or location. This standard is governed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which was founded by the leading credit card brands, each sharing equal responsibility for maintaining these guidelines.
Roadloom ensures full compliance with PCI DSS, meaning our security measures and practices align with industry standards to protect payment data.
We do not store any credit card details ourselves. Instead, we partner with Stripe, a validated Level 1 PCI DSS-compliant payment processor, to securely handle all payment transactions. For further information, please visit Stripe's compliance page.
Additionally, we conduct an annual PCI DSS assessment to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest security standards. Read full Stripe security
